I received a message from Evan in January asking if I was available to shoot at The Sekrit Theater and just knowing the location my response was an immediate, "YES!!!". He was planning to propose to Felicia, his high school love, the evening of February 19th. Little did we know that an epic Texas SNOW storm (those words don't even look right together!) would happen days before this date he had picked! Luckily the sun decided to come out just in time and allowed for this evening to go just as planned. Evan invited a few of their closest friends to be part of a carefully orchestrated proposal, they would each play a role leading up to the big..."Will you marry me?". As it got close to Felicias arrival everyone got into place. They lined up starting from the entrance and leading to the greenhouse where Evan would be surprising Felicia. Each person was holding a rose and a photo of Evan and Felicia from over the years with a quote written on the back that would be read to her as she collected her roses.
Felicia arrived right on time for a "dinner date" that had been planned. You could feel the magic spread as she stepped foot into The Sekrit Theater and "Hey there Delilah" began to play.
